Since 1805, our family has been cultivating and protecting this valley, a unique biotope populated by a rich variety of wildlife: partridges, hares, shrews, Hermann's tortoises, foxes, lizards... This natural area, classified as a protected site since 1995, has recently become part of the Port-Cros National Park.
